12 Oaks RV Park is a family-owned RV park located in Walker County, Texas. We are between Huntsville and New Waverly, TX on FM 2296, surrounded by the Sam Houston National Forest. Offering affordable rates, 12 Oaks RV Park is in a quiet and peaceful rural setting with paved road access. Our location offers quick and easy access to I-45, major Texas highways and many area attractions.

Guests will have a variety of activities to choose from in close proximity to 12 Oaks RV Park. With its convenient location, every guest can find anything they need within a twenty-minute drive. Whether you're staying the night or for a year, you will always have something to do and new things to find.

As a family-owned business, we at 12 Oaks respect the value of hospitality. We make it a priority to see that all of our guests are taken in with proper care and are comfortable. Here at 12 Oaks, we strive to supply our guests with a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable environment that will make them feel at home. ABOUT

                       Rules

  1.  RV sites must be kept clean and clutter free

  2.  Exterior of the RV must be kept clean 

  3.  All hoses must be securely connected with no leaks.

  4.  Quiet time is between 10 P.M. and 7 A.M. Be respectful other guests.

  5.  Residents are responsible for the behavior of all family members and guests staying with them.

  6. Speed limit is 5 miles per hour.

  7.  Parking is limited to two vehicles per site. Park ONLY in the designated parking areas.

  8.  Trash must be disposed of in the property dumpster. 

  9.  Do not flush any kind of hygenic products down the septic. Any septic system issues caused by such issue may result in a fine.

  10. Satellite dishes and portable antennas are permited, but cables and wiring must be hidden or buried.

  11. Pets: Each RV is limited to two (2) pets. Pets must not be left unattended, must be cleaned up after, must not disturb other guests, and must be on a leash outside of the RV. Management reserves the right to deny service if any animal becomes out of control.
